Laying a Remembrance wreath on behalf of our town

On Remembrance Sunday and Remembrance Day, I was honoured to lay wreaths on behalf of our town at moving Remembrance services at the War Memorial and Cenotaph and the Fields of Honour at the Old Cemetery.

We remembered the sacrifice of veterans past and paid tribute to those who serve in our armed forces today.

Ours is an active debt to those brave men and women who gave their lives for our country's freedom. We will remember them.
