24th June- Jack Welcomes Thomas Wolsey 550 Project to Parliament

I loved welcoming students from Ipswich to Parliament yesterday.

Copleston High School, Ipswich Academy, St Alban's Catholic High School and Stoke High School all came down to visit as part of the Thomas Wolsey 550 project.

We talked about the change they wanted to see, both nationally and locally, and I was so pleased they could bring their voices and ideas to the heart of our democracy.

What they said and thought really mattered, and I hope that they felt inspired. They certainly inspired me!

The students were absolutely brilliant. They were ambitious for themselves, each other and our town, and I am thrilled to know that these young people are our future leaders.
