30th May - Jack Abbott Launches 'Summer Series' to Hear from Ipswich Residents

Jack Abbott has launched an ambitious new listening campaign, the Ipswich Summer Series, to hear directly from residents and help shape the future of the town together.

This wide-ranging initiative includes:

Public Town Hall Events

Focusing on key issues raised by residents

• Town centre

• Transport and the Orwell Bridge

• Devolution

• Housing

• Safer streets

• Health and the NHS

Community Meetings

Bringing people together to discuss specific challenges• Childcare• Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)• Mental health

Constituency-Wide Survey

Jack said:

“Ipswich is a great town, but I know it can be even greater. I want to hear from every person and every community. That’s the only way we build the stronger Ipswich we all deserve.”

The Summer Series is the most inclusive listening exercise ever launched by an MP in Ipswich.
