On 24th July, I took part in the first Prime Minister’s Questions of the new Labour government, with our newly elected Prime Minister, Keir Starmer.
I raised the fact that Ipswich has so much to be proud of- from our local parks to our waterfront, and from our thriving arts and culture scene to our newly promoted Premier League football team. But, whilst I am immensely proud of our town, so too do we have to recognise the challenges our town faces. I asked the Prime Minister what steps the Government will be taking to help the regeneration of our town centre.
My question, and the Prime Minister’s response, can be seen here.
