Stone Lodge Academy in Ipswich is set to launch a free breakfast club.
The initiative is part of the Labour government's plan to help families save up to £450 annually.
The school is among the first 750 in the country to offer this scheme, which will start in April.
The breakfast clubs are part of a broader strategy to reduce living costs for families.
They will provide all primary-aged children with a free breakfast and at least 30 minutes of free childcare each day.
Dr Nikos Savvas DL, CEO of the Eastern Education Group Trust, of which Stone Lodge Academy is a member, said: “At the Eastern Education Group, we are passionate about helping and supporting children in the most challenging circumstances. We are proud that Stone Lodge, which has just joined our family of schools, has been chosen for this scheme.
The scheme is part of Labour's commitment to tackle child poverty.
Jack Abbott, MP for Ipswich, added: "The breakfast club will make a real difference."
The initiative will be tested and refined in the early adopter schools before a national rollout.
